Influenced by internet culture such as miscellaneous collage and vaporwave, he creates paintings on the theme of life in a capitalist society. Artist Statement: The movie “The Chocolate Factory” was available at the church I attended as a child. When I saw the scene in the movie where a child is put on a scale to be evaluated as GOOD or BAD, I thought to myself, “I wonder if I will be judged as GOOD or BAD! I wondered if I would be judged as GOOD or BAD! I wondered. Of course, I dreamed of a garden made of sweets, and I struggle to be evaluated as GOOD. Every day, in the corner of my brain, there is a river made of chocolate and bear-shaped gummies raining down. But that garden is just sweetened with flavor. If you trace the source, the river of chocolate was a river of blood.
